The website needed to quickly create a strong community of hoteliers and customers whilst promoting global destinations and events; enabling online booking of the hotels within its collection for both direct customers and agents.
Zolv used its extensive previous experience to provide consultation to WRH in selecting the most appropriate reservation partner. With Zolv's Web Travel Platform WRH can maximise marketing opportunities such as promoting events on the homepage - with all relevant hotels and lead prices automatically assigned to the event. Hoteliers and visitors can contribute information through on-site social media and established mainstream channels. The website is scalable, allowing it to grow with the WRH brand.
A hotels portal lets hoteliers manage and amend bookings. A 'noticeboard' feature provides easy communication for WRH with hundreds of hotels. An agents portal provides password protected views of prices and commission information and ability to manage and amend bookings.
Hotels have moderated access to update their product content, with a straightforward approval system to accept or decline hotelier's changes before going live. Workflow controls can give hotel staff different editing rights, and hotels can submit change requests for areas they cannot edit. All meaning minimal administration for WRH.
