A new business idea, Family Transfers was created to service a niche in the family travel market. Their unique proposition is to supply vehicles large enough to hold an entire family and all associated baggage (prams, suitcases etc) as well as providing child seats, with drivers who know how to fit them.

Initially launching in the London area with a plan to roll out to other UK cities and then onto European cities.

The Opportunity

Family Transfers needed a company that could not only develop a business system that would enable them to trade online, but also deliver a brand consultancy and design service to optimise the website brief.

  • Subtle animated flourishes were used throughout the site to reflect and bolster the fun and family branding of Family Transfers and we created the tagline “Transfers you can all smile about” to highlight their value proposition.

  • Full brand guidelines were produced to help Family Transfers communicate a unified message across all marketing channels and customer touch points. Delivering a ‘go to’ guide for what their brand stands for, with detailed elements including logos, fonts, colour palette and how it should be used and guidance on the accompanying tone of voice.

  • Developed easy to use admin portals for adding new product locations, suppliers and route points, as well as managing the general back office functions of administering bookings and payments
  • By introducing a user friendly CMS to update their marketing messages with a CRM Integration, we tied online and offline marketing activities together, providing them with one unified view of their customer.

The Outcome

Family transfers were able to launch their new venture quickly with stand out branding, but without compromising on marketing and marketing tools, or future scalability of the platform.
