The challenge was to create a website that efficiently handles a complex booking model; ensuring customers enjoy the same tailored and personal approach found when booking over the phone, but with the ease and convenience of booking online.

It was essential the new site conveyed their high brand values whilst being intuitive and enjoyable for customers to use, as well as being easy for VIP Ski to manage and update.

Zolv focussed heavily on the design of the new site. High-quality images of the chalets took centre stage, offering users a real feel for the atmosphere of VIP’s chalets.

With the Web Travel Platform, Zolv made it easy for VIP Ski to take greater control over its content. The result is a website that allows VIP to speak directly to its customers; quickly and easily initiating marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation.
