Our Full Picture for CLIA product is a selling tool that’s part of CLIA’s well respected toolbox; which aims to provide Agents all the tools and knowledge at their fingertips to help them deliver the best Cruise booking service possible. Full Picture allows members to share a computer screen with customers while on the phone , delivering rich content such as video and imagery to enhance and improve the booking experience. The technology is available free of charge to all CLIA Agents. Successes have been reported of 30% increase in phone sales and increased sales value by of 22%!
