his year's Travolution Awards proved a double cause for celebration for us because we won Best Technological Innovation for SalesAssist, and celebrated the award for Best Hotel Website for the World Rainbow Hotels website, which we designed and developed in partnership with WRH.
SaleAssist beat off stiff competition from the likes of tech giants Amadeus and Iris to bring home the prize.
SalesAssist is a browser-based hosted platform that allows call centre agents to share content and images directly to their customers' smart phone, laptop, tablet or desktop. It provides agents with tools to follow up calls with content-rich, personalised emails and documents, along with a host of additional features to put high quality, inspirational pictures and videos in front of customers, bringing the personal experience of dealing with an agent on the high street, into the call centre. SalesAssist is the only product of its kind.

The awards are the UK travel industry's highest accolade for innovation and excellence online. Judged by a panel of proven business leaders, experts and entrepreneurs they are unique in recognising companies, brands and individuals who excel in the fields of online travel distribution, digital marketing and technology.
The award comes as SalesAssist enters its trial phase ahead of its much anticipated launch. The product, alongside Zolv's other innovations will also be showcased at the World Travel Market (WTM) in London next month.
