Everybody needs support from time to time, and when you do, it's good to know that the team you rely on will react quickly and pragmatically, while keeping you updated on progress. Zoe Farrell and Qasim Khan joined our support team a few months ago and have already received praise from clients for their work. Work that starts with swift responses to customer queries and only finishes when a solution that gets everyone, and everything, back to work, has been delivered
Zoe recently graduated from the university of Leeds where she studied Criminology and Criminal Justice. Zoe IS also a keen volunteer, contributing to a variety of projects for local schools and the London Olympics. Qasim studied Computer Science at the university of Bradford, he has worked for Skipton Building Society and Tribal Group in Sheffield testing various systems.
