New to 2015, Family Transfers was created to serve a niche in the family holiday transfers market. With a unique proposition to supply vehicles large enough to hold an entire family, including child seats and all associated baggage (prams, suitcases etc), www.familytransfers.com has been recognised for their expertise and success in the ‘Best on the Road’ category.
Designed and built by web development partners Zolv, Family Transfers are one of just five ground transport specialists shortlisted for the finals on the 29th November 2016.
Best On the Road
This award will go to the taxi, car hire or transfer operator, aggregator or booking app that best demonstrates its expertise and success in the ground transport sector. Judges will be looking for the website or mobile app that stands out from the crowd in its approach and excels in providing the customer with exactly what they want.
Account will be taken of:
- Originality of design and features
- Level of innovation measured against wider digital community
- Evidence of success of the website within the market
- Overall user experience
