The ECCCSA’s formally recognises professional excellence throughout the UK and Europe. A firmly established annual event, recognising and rewarding the best and most successful individuals and organisations in the contact centre and customer service industry
Full Picture’s concept was created by Zolv’s managing Director Olly Wenn, who saw an opportunity to visually enhance, inspire and reassure customers who call a contact centre. This is achieved by allowing agents to be able to instantly send photos, videos and other assets to customers' screens in real-time. This creates the visual conversation which in turn makes for a richer experience by helping deliver a level of service way beyond the customer expectations.
