At the heart of the new website is an intuitive itinerary builder that gives the customer ultimate flexibility over every element of their trip. They can add ferry or road based travel, accommodation or activities with ease, extending any leg of a tour by adding extra nights, and even opt to make their own arrangements mid-trip.
The itinerary display automatically adapts as items are added, removed or changed, verifying availability and updating prices and taxes in real time. The itinerary builder also suggests alternatives where selected options are unavailable, and recommends activities to the customer based on where they are staying. The whole process makes it really simple for customers to tailor their own ideal experience.
