Zolv develop a white-Label website solution for The Advantage Travel Partnership

hen Advantage first approached Zolv they were looking for a new platform that offered a white-label website distribution system. During the initial investigation phase, it became clear that in order to deliver maximum value to its agency members, Advantage needed a platform that went beyond a standard white-label solution. It had to be able to create websites for its agency member that were personalised, presented the members unique credentials and showcasing the talents and knowledge of its staff. The suite of software developed by Zolv gives Advantage simple-to-use tools to do just that, creating member websites, each to detailed specifications. An administration portal allows each member to decide what centrally managed content they wish to bring into their website, for example, blog’s and monthly marketing campaigns. Detailed online guides show members how to get the best from the system and Advantage are always on hand to help when needed.

The ability for each site to allow the member to show their individual knowledge, and expertise was a key requirement, and can be seen through each white-label site that has gone live since the first one in December 2014. Each member has the ability to control, and easily adapt their content to exhibit their individual personality and specialist knowledge, from a type of holiday such as cruises, city breaks, ski holidays, or expertise on certain geographic locations. Individual staff quotes appear on the relevant pages showcasing their expertise and inviting the website visitor to submit an email enquiry to them. By having these features, as well as the ability to create blogs, share on social media, and a meet-the-team feature, the members profile and personality really is brought to life. Destination content is provided through Word Travels, providing information about the destination as well as useful advice such as health, tipping, local customs and visa’s. Members can also select which tour operators they wish to feature holiday offers from on their website.

 The most recent and exciting feature Zolv have worked with Advantage to create, is a Marketing landing page to work across all required white-labels. Advantage manage direct mail, door drop and email campaigns on behalf of members. All the offers featured on a campaign are uploaded to the system, and the customer is directed to the landing page on the member’s website.
