TigerBay is a reservation platform designed for specialist tour operators. The TigerBay platform can manage tours, tailor-made, pre-packaged and dynamic package bookings, and offers the ability to self-define pricing, promotions and operational checks for Travel bookings. Much like Zolv solutions, Tigerbay has an open architecture that makes it easy to work with any digital partner and any technology platform, providing flexibility to meet business requirements and integrate their API with other business systems.

Zolv have worked with TigerBay since 2014 when we migrated an established travel company's website and reservation system to TigerBay's platform. This project involved complex requirements to transition the new season products onto TigerBay only after the previous season had sold out on the old reservation system. We fostered a close partnership with TigerBay to ensure a smooth integration that did not impact the client's trading.
