Zolv are Agile
Zolv acknowledges and follows the principles of "Agile Development" finding that these principles support their collaborative and adaptive way of working.
Although we do not subscribe to the manifesto of Agile en-masse we find that when we work in partnership with clients on projects based on the ideas behind Agile the websites and online software is better.

These principles support our collaborative and adaptive way of working:
- Effective, rather than excessive, use of time is spent authoring, reading and maintaining specification documents
- Working features are delivered early in the project
- The client has the opportunity to reshuffle priorities and ask for changes throughout the project
- The project plan is revised regularly
- Testing of delivered portions can be carried out well before the "launch date"
- The end result meets the client's needs
