Intro
Planning A Holiday? specialise in UK-based holidays and were looking at ways to improve their online brochure ordering process.
The Brief
Planning A Holiday (Gregory MacKenzie Ltd.) approached Zolv with the aim of completely and radically overhauling their web presence for their holiday brochure request service. This was to include a daily reporting database sending orders directly to the client.
Zolv Delivered
Zolv delivered a web site built with ease of use and the scope to update when new brochures are available.
Along with the front end of the web site, Zolv provided a comprehensive order checking function to stop visitors requesting more than an allocated amount of brochures, checking a variety of criteria against past orders stored in a database.
The database driven reporting tool provided allows the client to log in from anywhere and download a live report of all orders as well as an automatically generated report sent daily.
