It sounds odd, but when customers don't notice a change for the better, that means the business is getting things right – improving service in the backend that customers never see. For Virgin Holidays, the day before Christmas Eve saw a smooth, uneventful upgrade of its Travel Plus website engine, enabling the company to make full use of its new reservation system. Zolv's WTP solution is now driving the customer experience and giving seamless access to the company's full range of products.

Travolution Awards Judge

Jonathan Greensted, Zolv's Business Development Director was asked to join this year's judging panel for the Travolution Awards. Locked away in a darkened room back in July the judges made their choices. BBC Radio DJ Mark Radcliffe presented the awards at the iconic music venue the Roundhouse in Camden. Congratulations to all the winners.

On the anniversary of their online relaunch on the Web Travel Platform, Shearings have named Zolv as their Business Partner of the Year.
Accepting the award from Chief Executive, Denis Wormwell at the Shearings Group Annual Conference, Zolv MD Olly Wenn said, "We have thoroughly enjoyed working with the guys at Shearings. They really get what we are trying to do with WTP and have helped us develop the tools we use to help them deliver their product to their customer. Like all good relationships, it's a two way rapport and we look forward to doing more great work with the Shearings team this year".

For the second year running, Zolv are exhibiting and presenting at the Travel Technology Europe exhibition at Earls Court. Jonathan Greensted, Zolv's Business Development Director will be giving a presentation at 3pm Tuesday on Closed Loop Marketing, Digital Rapport and Cloud Computing. Jonathan will also be joining Yahoo's Category Director for Travel, Tracey Cheffey for a panel discussion at 4pm.
