- Responding to change over following a plan
Principles
The company has found that these principles support their collaborative and adaptive way of working:
- Effective, rather than excessive, use of time is spent authoring, reading and maintaining specification documents
- Working features are delivered early in the project
- The client has the opportunity to reshuffle priorities and ask for changes throughout the project
- The project plan is revised regularly
- Testing of delivered portions can be carried out well before the “launch date”
- The end result meets the client's needs
